kindly explain this clause

kindly tell what does this clause, mentioned in the instructions for psych test, mean?
a candidate who does not comply with his/her condition of admission within 7 days of the publication of written result or the issue of this letter will not be allowed to take the psycho test and viva even if he has been called for such test???????

My hunch is that if you do not agree/follow any conditions/directions put on you for further testing within 7 days of the announcement of the written test or the letter's issue date, you will not be allowed to give psych/viva exams.

If they have asked for any kind of documents or evidence or medical certificates, that could be it.
