Tupac, please share your psychological assessment. :shy
Day 1 is all about writing

It starts off with filling out the pro forma that has your personal information on it. Candidates are required to update their information such as age, work experience and other basic info. They also ask you to correct any spelling mistakes and errors in the pro forma. After that there are a series of intelligence tests that include verbal, reasoning, intelligence and problem solving tests. These tests are designed to measure your intelligence on various scales. Candidates also undergo personality tests which include questionnaires, story writing and sentence completion exercises. These tests are designed to uncover your personality traits, and judge your suitability for Civil Services. Time management and spontaneity is of the essence on day one.

Day 2 is all about group activities

It starts off with a fifteen minute Urdu discussion. Each one of the eight candidates take turns to share their perspective on the given topic. The topic for discussion for us was, " Mashriq-e-wasta ki tabahi bainalaqwami taqatoon ki kaamyaab saazish hai". The discussion is followed by extempore speech. Candidates are given a random topic in English and are asked to leave the room for two minutes for planning. You are required to remember the topic, no paper is given to jot down your points. Candidates come one after another and speak on the given topic for a couple of minutes each. After that candidates are given a folder each, containing a command task. Fifteen minutes are given to everyone for brainstorming. After that candidates take turns to conduct a meeting on the given command task. Each candidate is required to participate in all eight command tasks. My command task was regarding misuse of Amenity plots in Lahore, and as the chairman of Lahore Metropolitan Corporation I had to come up with a course of action.

The second day ends with a short interview with the panel of psychologists who observed you throughout day two. Questions vary depending on the person, their background and the results of day one. The panel asked me about my family, my education and American politics.
