Question 'Quadruplicate' of security clearance proforma, 4 photocopies or 4 separate forms?
They have asked us to bring 'quadruplicate' of security clearance proforma. Should I print the form once, and make 4 photocopies of it or print the form 4 times and fill all those.
Its important because we have to put picture on the form as well.
Please respond asap.

take 4 prints and fill them by hand separately.
