Help regarding css 2018 written qualified application form
 

I need your precious guidance.
I am a government servant and doing a government job. I obtained departmental permission and sent the original to the fpsc headquarters along with the application form as was required.
Before psychological examination, there are two forms present on fpsc website. one form is for css qualified application form. In this form, there again a departmental permission certificate is given and secondly there is again written about the submission of fee. Do I have to get the departmental permission again??????
