As far as the Psychological Test is concerned, have you read the "Thread / Thread Starter" on the Psychological Tests page of this forum? There are "sticky-ied" threads on it. Right above your post heading on the main page of Psychological Tests, there are posts right on top. Go through them.

Interview

First of all, prepare your CV.

What I mean is that whatever is written on your CV should be on your fingertips. Like which companies have you worked for, what did the company do, what was your role and responsiblities, what did you learn, your educational background etc etc.

Second, you should know each and every thing about Cooperative Societies. Open their website, and prepare everything from it. Like the Cooperative society ACT, history, organogram, first/latest senior officers Ofcourse you cant be knowledgeable about the inner working but as a rule of thumb everything that is google-able about it, you should know.

Third, technical questions regarding your degree and the post of this test. I dont know the details of your degree but whatever is relevant and technical about it regarding the post of Assistant Registrar, you should prepare it. Try googling relevant major subjects mcqs on google. Like HR MCQS, or finance mcqs or whatever is relevant to your degree and this post. Try preparing such mcqs from examveda or indiabix websites.
