i want to start a new thread about task discussion in the psychological test. in the test i was asked " u r concerned officer in ministry of trade, importers of carpets are complaining about the child labor in the carpet industry, so how to tackle it". here ur time is 8 minutes where u have to take suggestions from other candidates and give ur suggestions too to tackle this problem.

i am here posting other tasks and would like u to give ur suggestions to tackle those situations.

1. you are dco of the city, where there is a shopping plaza, now the municipality is in financial crisis and want to build more shops in front of existing shops, but this is not allowed in their bye laws, what to do?

2. you r concerned officer, and there is illegal immigration to foreign coutries, how to tackle this problem?

please give at least 5 suggestions on each issue and please provide other tasks as well to practice

The Command task was a memorable experience. I was given the topic

"Sectarian militancy is on the rise,
many ppl have died and solidarity of country is even at stake,
madrassahs are involved who are getting their funds thru zakat from ppl and also foreign fundings,
many committees are made but in vain;
as a member of law enforcement agencies devise a strategy to deal with it".

i got the exact tsk . what i did is as follows:
1. asked for the suggestions one by one
2.made counter questions where needed
3.gave my decision
descion:
1.a group of 3 will be sent to the foriegn delegates in order to enquire if they havent been misinformed.
2.a group will be sent to investigate the exact number of the child labour working at the time.
3.media propaganda will be stopped by sending a public message against child labour.
4.agenda will be made to enhance the labour by giving them incentives.
5.buying home products will be supported
6.new places should be explored to trade with.
