Some of the questions u have to write about that i can recall are:
1) Where do u see urself 5 years from now?
2) 3 major responsibilities that u r sharing nowadays?
3) some deed that u have done that makes u really proud?
4) 3 major decisions u have taken in life all by urself?
5) r u flexible? Give example.
6) Most difficult decision u have taken n why was it difficult?
7) Strengths n weaknesses of both ur parents.
8) What character u posses that u r proud of?
9) Any thing that held u back in ur childhood from success etc. (if any)?
10) If u were to be young again what would u change?
11) Things that u would like to improve in urself.
12) Problems with the youth of today?
13) Positive things in the youth of today.
14) Recommendation u will give to youth of today.
15) What thing u will not tolerate in ur own children?
16) 3 most important events of 2006.

This is most i can remember.
The pattern of the test was 100 IQ questions in 50 min. No maths just vocabulary n alphabetical reasoning wtc.
Then came 30 condition based questions like if A equals B, C does not equal D then E equals A etc. U had tell true, false or uncertain. This had to be done in 10 minutes i think.
Then came incomplete sentences that had to be completed by the 1st thought that comes to our mind....35 in 8 min. This exercise was repeated twice. Then twice they also gave us 15 in complete sentences to finish in 4 minutes.
Then there were about 36 picture pattern n we had to complete the series. There were 2 minutes to do this.
Then there were 150 very small questions which we had to answer with yes no or uncertain. Mostly about do get flu easily, wbout work place etc. nothing difficult just routine stuff.
Hmmm rest has been more or less mentioned before.

One word od advice....what ever u say just stay consistent coz they ask u the same things in lots of different ways.
