Day 1 was a routine affair as already mentioned by others. Favorite books and personalities were asked from us.

Day 2 on 17 Dec started with group discussions. Urdu topic was
" SAKOOT I DHAKA SAY HAM NE KUCH NAHI SEEKHA."

English topic was " arab spring is a western conspiracy rather than indigenous move."

command task was about the striking factory workers who demanded a pay raise and extra bonus. The workers threatened to carry out a procession on 10 Moharram if demand was not met.
I, as DCO Quetta, had to call a meeting and solve the issue.

Interview with psychologist.
It lasted about 7,8 minutes.

This time i saw in the eyes of psychologist that she has given me a green signal, a thing that was missing previously. Allah will do better inshallah.
