Urgent query regarding received forms
 

Did we have to send the confirmation to FPSC about the forms that we recieved for psychological examination?

Someone please confirm. And if we had to send, then what if someone did not send the acknowledgement?

It is requested to kindly inform that we have got forms of group preferences for psychological tests.it is mentioned in the forms that these priorities will be considered as final.
can someone change the order of priorities now which one wrote at the time of filling the CSS exam form previously??

Yes, those could be changed. But this time, after submitting these forms, priorities could not be changed. So it is mentioned that these would be considered as final.

And what about those priorities which we wrote at the time of appearing in CSS 2011 written part exam form?if we change that order now?is it going to create any problem?

This will not create any problem at all. The order of preferences you'll choose now will be considered as final so need not to worry about previous preference order.

yes you can but this time be careful as it would be treated as full and final. no more changes would be allowed after these forms are submitted once.

Another quick question:

Do we have to submit the 'copy' of filled application form when we go for 'viva voce'?

I only have 4 preference form and a security clearance form but I have been informed that we also need to submit the copy of application form.

Someone please confirm.
