Confusion in the Undertaking Form

Folks, in the undertaking form sent to us, there are two fields

1. General Recruitment Case # F-4 _______________

2. For the Post of ________

Can any help? What are we supposed to write in this

dear here u have to write if u've applied for any post other than css.just write name of the post e.g. Assistant director IB.case number is not necessary.

The Undertaking form says that

I [________] holding CNIC [____] S/O [_____] Bearing FPSC RollNo [______]

*General Recruitment Case# F-4 [___________]

For the post of [___________]

hereby declare that bla bla bla

So i thought that it may be asking about the Case # published when CSS 2011 ad was first published. Similarly the Post name could be Post of BS-17 under Federal Government.... I am not sure. You say that I should write if I applied for any other post but didnt applied for any other post. So should i leave it blank?
