BD might passed these comments to a few candidates to assess their response or to seek justification of what they mentioned in the psychological performa, it doesn't necessarily means that they are not eligible, so again only BD and panelists know what they are asking for what purpose, but generally that two-day psychological activity can't be regarded as ''zero'' or useless. Rest God knows better

i think the panel cannot judge the entire personality of a person in 25 30 mins of interview. psychological in very essential to judge the ability of a person in varous fields like when he is in command and how he works as a team member.

I think Panel depends upon the conclusions drawn by the psychologists

Someone might be say k kia shurul chor dia ha. But the fact is that Psychologists are too humans. They have their own likes and dislikes, biases and everything. Many will vocal that they are complete. but its not true. the bias is there. and any of their invidious comment can ruin your interview. its true that psychological provides a template for panel. their first opinion about you is function of that unbiased unaffected stoney Psychologists. What I answer a person coming long long way, you corned him with your presumptions that he is not OK? Its mocking that your intellectual pursuits fail to cover your psychological . world is full of psychopaths which are normally contributing to science arts and where not. One (lets say three "after all its bureaucracy") Psychologist simply tags a person that he is not "good". Even Medicine fails in diagnosis, Most of the time we are writing idiopathic cause unknown and staging before patients that we have got the root cause of the problem, which we failed to grasp. Psychology is not the true disciple of medicine; solely based on perceptions of psychologist which can biased. Most of the people will say that they are experienced. They have recruited lot many officers without any problem. Plain argument to this stance is that, this bottle neck decides the line between good marks in interview. and who knows what eventually becomes of some people who learn to conform what psychologist wants. its beyond saying that every qualifier prepares for psychological so that he is not taken to task at the behest of "actual psychologist". the interviews in which panel tagged people below intelligence, I am really sure that they did not attend the psychological coaching. I say attempt psychological of CSS without coaching,half of the people claiming that they are "fine healthy and really good" will be disappointed . I hate to say that but its true haha.

I did not want to say that psychological is sham, nothing is obviously haha . but, there is something called division of opportunities. People flocking to Clinical Psychologists for preparation and people who are First second attempters having less exposure, think its mere ISSB. They think their declarations are normal. We all know that with growing problems in our country our perception have slightly(to put it in nice way)become erratic. right? Those who jump at every opportunity of guidance go through.

One last word, I accept those who did everything on there own. there is no suspicion that they are not good and competitive. Surely they are and obviously Hats off for you.

generally speaking, practice psychological written part from ISSB psychological books, for interview, you need knowledge and communication skills, for knowledge part, no other source is better than newspapers, discuss issues with friends and experts, group discussions are best for psychological....practice command tasks and discussion topics....then speak in English as much as you can particularly in those days so that you have no fears of English speaking...

css exam written qualify krne k baad psychological aur interview hota ha! kahan hota hai....centre pe depend krta ha.
