sHere are the details of Day 1 whatever i can recall now :
Submission of original documents alongwith security clearance forms plus educational profile .
Then you enter a room where there is a seating arrangement with your roll no mentioned on desk
A printout is provided to let u add and check your details in it , then a series of test begins with instructions at each step,which one has to do in a specific period of time
There are questions based on mathematical series,logical reasoning,coding encoding,english words' meaning, opposites of an opposite ,etc
Then there are personality assessment questions ,each provided with 3 options
a.true
b.?
c.false
there are questions where one has to give answers like
Fav.books with reason
difference between your parents and parents of your friends
strengths
weaknesses
3 regrets
qualities of you by teachers and your parents
when you get angry with your brother /sister
responsibilities you share these days
3 events of 2012
etc
then 4 incomplete sentences ,one on each page and we have to write a story of each sentence in 4 minutes(try to create a positive story out of each depressing sentence)
A test of completing incomplete sentences is also taken
In the end ,you have to write your Experiences of your life in 8 minutes

good enough...any idea where next is the psychological assessment team moving?next city?

Here is my experience of day 2
First of all our attendance is marked ,then according to our roll no. series no. are allotted .Then we enter a room where there is a U or V shaped seating arrangement with series no . and all candidate take their seats accordingly. We all are facing the three psychologists .There is a set of table n chair with its back towards the psychologists and facing the candidates in the center .
Instructions are given n 1 Urdu and 1 English topic for group discussion was announced on which we all have to speak on turns for 15 mins

"America ne hameesha Pakistan ki mada ke hai "
English topic
"The problems of Pakistan are of internal nature "
After that we were provided with instructions on a paper on how to perform a command task n after that a bunch of files was given from which each candidate picks the uppermost file n pass on the rest . The file contains a command task with a small piece of blank paper on which we have to give our plan in written form n leave it inside the file at the end of command task .After 15 mins ,we are asked to come voluntarily to perform command task .
My command task
A passengers train collides with a goods train due to brake failure ,5 people died and 32 injured ,being senior railways officer chalk out a strategy on short n long term to avoid such incidents in future .
Then comes the 30-40 mins break but before that we all have to rate each other according to performance.
In the psychological interview ,they have asked me
-Introduce yourself
-questions on academic profile
-Qs on optional subjects
-Qs on personality profile I filled in on Day1
-about my hobbies
-my responsibilities
-Is it your 3rd attempt?
-what about the previous 1
-from where do you prepared
-how many friends
-how many pets ,etc
Almost all the interviews last for 15-20 mins
