I don't know the exact details of the place of birth. Except that it was Islamabad and my father is deceased and i barely think my mother would remember the exact street house No etc being a primary educated housewife.

Similarly what about this Assets part? Are they asking for assets on our names? Or it also includes assets in the name of our parents?

Further is it necessary to attach 4 photos on all four copies of security forms?

In addition to that what does "Type of school" means in the educational profile forms?

Again I don't remember the "fee Structure" required here.

I know for some of you these might be petty and small details and foolish questions. But still as its my first experience and there is no one experienced around for guidance so I thought its better to ask you people, who are usually much aware.
