In command task, do we have to assign designation to other group members as well or will they already be designated some post related to our command task?

It is better not to pre-assign anyone because it ll create difficulty for him/her while giving suggestions. The critical thing is to wrap up CT within time limit, which may be compromised because of assigning designation/title etc.
