It depends . Journalism is a bit more general subject as compared to Public administration . Both of them are said to be the subjects having equal difficulty level for a new student . So , you can select on the basis of your interest and aptitude .Although, it is a bit boring as compared to Journalism , I would go for Public ad .

I would go for Journalism with Sociology. Content from both the subjects should help you in both the papers.

Journalism would be preferable as PA is quite general subject and one who has lack of interest is difficult for him/her to prepare. So journalism is a subject that is opted my most of the candidates.

Well , as i have said that journalism is more general as compared to public administration . See the past papers of last year i.e 2014 . After attempting journalism you cannot predict that how much marks you are going to get , on the other hand in public administration paper the question were to the point . The main reason for journalism to be more general ,now a days, may be the greater number of aspirants opting for this subject . At the end you will get the whole thing clear after seeing the past papers , specially the recent one . And , you will get to know that which paper has always been easy to attempt ;journalism or public administration .

Best of Luck .
