Modern Theory of Chemical Bonding
Chemistry d-Block Elements
Inorganic Chemical Industries
Environmental Chemistry

and these are available in BSC book.. number of books are are available in library but i think bsc books are enough.. if some topic is missing then let me know i ll try to search from my msc notes...

as far as organic portion is concerned i can easily help because in css i solved subjective part of some past papers including reactions and mechanism etc..

Default Books for chemistry

For Inorganic chemistry these two books are well enough and easy to understand and cover all the syllabus of PCS/CSS:

Inorganic chemistry by Zafar Iqbal
Inorganic chemistry by R.D Madan

For the organic portion only read following book as its easy to understand, it starts from very basic and covers upto master level organic syllabus.

Organic chemistry by M. Younis.
