When it comes to scoring both zoology and botany are the same, but botany is lengthy as compared to zoology. Before selecting any other subject,go through its syllabus first as it gives a fair amount of idea as to what you need to cover.Journalism,IR,Sociology,P Admin or any language etc can be a good option.

What about zoology for doctors?, who have studied it at their intermediate level. How much more efforts are required if somebody's good at inter level biology?

its a great combination. i also went with the same combination except baluchi in place of punjabi.

with this combination u will get gaps in each paper. this is the ideal combination for any candidate. go for it without any second thought.

zoology is the best option for medical graduates. paper 2 of zoology is entirely related to physiology. for which u wont need any preparation.

paper one is also easy. for which u need to study only the major characteristics of phylum. like canal system in porifera, respiratory system of arthropods, biting mechanism in snakes, birds as a flying machines etc.

u can easily cover this subject.

Seems like a good combination as endorsed by marilatif.Punjabi is a scoring subject and so is psychology, good luck.

I think docs can cover zoology pretty easily, wont be a problem at all.Its an expansion of inter level biology actually ,so not an issue, like all subjects you need to put in extra effort to score good.

dear purchase two indian writers books. P.S Verma and Kot paul Agarwal. both of them have written books on verteberate and inverteberate zoology.

read only the major characteristics of each phylum. no need to dig into detail in any phylum.

when u purchase these books then tell me, i will further advice u from where to study.

hopefully u will cover them within two weeks.

regards
