If the Question is: "Explain Jihad Movement" then the following points should form a part of the answer:
1- The need for reformist movements during the early 19th century, a brief reference to different movement. 2- A reference in detail of the Jihad Movement: Who started it, where did it initiate, why did it start, what were the aims. 3- The differences between the Jihad Movement and other reformist activities: especially between Shah Wali Ullah And Syed Ahmad Shaheed and their interpretation of Islamic teachings. 4-An brief outline of the events of the Jihad Movement: Some Success and other Failures: The legacy of Jihad Movement and Pakistan. 5-The effects of the Jihad Movement: The causes for its failures. For that you also would be required the reforms that Syed Ahmed introduced in Pukhtunkhwa of today. 6- list down the reasons for the failure.

Now this may not be correct or to the point, but this is how i remember the Bhakti Movement:
1- Muslims' arrival in the Subcontinent. 2- So majority (Rural Population) remains Hindu and the Urban Minority is the Muslim population. 3- Although living together, the society was highly polarized i.e. Hindu and Muslim societies were two different components of the single society. 4- To eliminate this particular polarization, we see sufism and then the Bhakti Movement flourish in the Subcontinent. 5- Bhakti Movement wanted to transform Hinduism in Particular, i.e. abolishing polyethiesm, abolishing castes etc etc. so towards Hinduism its role was of a purifier. 6- Bhakti Movement also sought to bring the different religions of the Subcontinent closer together by abolishing the distinction between the different Gods that such religions adhered to. i.e. according to many famous Bhakti Saints/teacher Ram and Rehman were two names for the same entity and that there was no difference between a Mosque and a Temple. The particular details of the Bhakti Movement can be found anywhere both on the Net and the Books. However what i gave is a general outline of the thinking process that led to the development of the Bhakti Movement.
