Well, Dear if you want to study the Indo pak history as an optional subject, by the dint of technique of the examination, i suggest you to opt this subject. This is why because it cover the paper of GK Pakistan affairs as well as it is an interesting subject. If you remain to the point by keeping the examination in mind, you will definitely get the good score.

i have appeared in CSS 2012 with this subject i prepared it in just 24 days, i didn't have time to study other subjects so this one also helped me prepare one additional subject i-e Pakistan Affairs..
there are some general misconception about INDO-PAK history that this is not as marks yielding as are other subjects like sociology, Pol science etc, this certainly is not the case..we have examples that many people have been able to go beyond 150 marks..
second misconception is that this is very tough to prepare, i again contradict as i myself prepared it in 3 weeks time and i am having my fingers crossed for that INSHA ALLAH..
