How is this book for International Law.. everyone keeps suggesting either Stark, Tandon or Aggarwal.. Have anyone consulted this book as well.. if yes then how it is??

can any body help me to know that how to attempt the paper of current affairs?
I mean while writing a answer of any question,how to manage the material?If possible then plz make a sketch for me thnx .
i am new plz help me out of this trouble
