Dear fellows, without any background and starting from scratch can I cover it for CSS-2014?

Firstly, go through the past papers at a sitting from this forum. You would get the idea how Qs are asked. Buy the book of "International Law" by H.O Agarwal. It'll suffice you. At First, shortlist the topics from the book that you want to cover or those are highlighted in the plan. . You can do it within 15-2o days.

Dear member, if you have downloaded the study plan of Sir Fassi that I mentioned earlier, you would surely find the list of all the important topics to be covered from Agarwal's book. Anyhow, here is the list of chapters to be covered (already mentioned in the S. plan).
