international relations book of jehangir has just taken it from wikipedia
I cannot understand a word of it after spending 2 hrs with it my God plz somebody help me to understand it in simple words

it is related to all the decisions taken by UN under the manifesto of all the nations and related to running the administration of the world and this is sanctioned by International court of justice...
