mashahallah mussaa u hav secured outstanding marks in m.law. well let me know few things as m confused on these:
1. is it necessary to write section no
2. to write example even in ur own words under the each heading of every question.
3. confused regarding companies ordinance portion.

@Shehroozkhan-I think it is good if you can quote section numbers as it would enable you to secure extra marks.But if you do not memorize in the exam hall, i think it does not matter. But you need to mention at least name of the chapter or ordinance.
And yes,you should give example under each heading.
As regards Co.Ord portion, there is no defined syllabus;and Co Ord is too lengthy to cover. So you should refer an standard book of mercantile law which also discusses Co.Ord.

Answer to ur ?s
1) No it is not necessary to write section number. its better not to write the section number than writing a wrong number
2) you can give make ur own example.
3) i'll tell you a few topics question that may help you in this section.

which one is better among merchantile law and muslim law and juris.
salam, kindly fellows, help me that which one will be better among muslim law and jurisp, or merchantile law......... i have seleted international law as well

Please let me know about Company Law
Dear please let me know,
should i go for Companies ordinance as well? Since all other acts are clear to me almost done now. But companies ordinance is still pending, sections are clear to me, but i haven't memories it yet. Without memorizing C.Law, would i be able to clear the exam? as I've already given the papers of M.law(without companies ordinance) in C.A and have cleared that.
Please let me know about it.
