The better way is if you really want to go for mercantile law just take a few classes of it and then assess yourself and decide. simple. Mera kheyal hai isk baad explanation ki zrurat nahi.This is the most appropriate way.
hey my name is Muhammad Zuhaib Jamro a law graduate and i hope im not intruding into this thread..
mussa my query is to you i have kept mercantile law as my optional as i have the legal background i have done both company and contract in my llb, my query is how much time will the whole subject take to prepare considering my legal background and how would you suggest me to go about the subject as in which areas are the most important and which shall be done first..

Bro main ne to paper se do din pehle prha tha and I got 78 marks. If you have the back ground then you can go for it. It will not take more than 20 days to you.Major portion is contract act , partnership , company law

Sorry to bother you guys, i wanted to ask Mussa that i did my LLB couple of years ago and now i am unable to select one from Const. Law and Merc. Law.

Any advice.

Bro i had not started preparing Mercatile law in those two. I have strong grip on the subject and I revised that subject after one year in those two days.

Every one has written very good books n i think Irfan Iqbal's book is best for learning by wrote bcz it is very short n easy & A book of indian author MC Shukla for better understanding. After studying these two books one will be able to understand the law(Shukla) and quote the definitions(Irfan's book).

Respected Senior,
Plz guide me for subject selection. I have educational background of mba with bachelors in commerce and d.com. M quite good in accounting and scored 98% in Managerial accounting during mba. I m thinking to go for
Accounting and auditing, Mercantile law, Journalism and Psychology should i go for it

yes you should go for this combination .... as for accounting if you have interest in subject than go for it as it is lengthy ..... and for psychology don't follow selective reading schedule go for complete hunt thumbs up for your selection stay blessed
