Default Company Law Sections ???
Aoa ... I am 2012 aspirant for upcoming papers n i opted Mercantile Law,, Guys i passed both 2 papers of Law in C.A AlhamDuliLLah ... is there any 1 who can kindly inform me abt the sections Of compnay law ... that are in Css syallabus ... Regards

well by 2 papers of law you meant
mercantile law ( module b )
company law (module d)
then surely this subject in css won't trouble you much,
as far as "company law" is concerned whole companies ordinance is included in syllabus ( if you have also attempted/passed paper E15 Corporate laws then it would be a piece of cake )
