very safe
i got 67 in 2012 & 54 (only knew 2 questions) in 2014
syllabus is so short, 3 to 5 questions mostly come from contract and sale acts portion, but now the trend is changing and two to three question are coming from company law also so one should not leave company law portion.

I opted m.law in CE-2014.paper was headache for me as it had no resemblance with past papers in my view.i thought i would be brutality fail but examiner passed me with 50 marks.Remember i had background of it and studied it during B.Com

i am confused opted two new subjects pshycology and forestry though i have opted muslim law and scored 62 in that but its marling trend is very risky ?? I am an Mba and Ms in mangement but havent studied law only studied few section company ordinance but lookng at the marks and scoring trend i want topt it pls suggest me should i opt it or muslim would be fine for me ??????? Extremely confused pls reply urgent

yes it is scoring !
mercantile law having least syllabus ,one can prepare it within 15-20 days with serious hard work (no-background is compulsory for this subject)
