Get your self LLB part 1: Muslim Law and Jurisprudence. The one by Nazir Ahmad covers the whole syllabus. Read every thing and check it with past papers. About the MCQ part, go through past papers and get your self Emporium Muslim Law and Jurisprudence guide. This will cover almost everything in the smallest possible time.

Sorry for the late reply. I have logged in after two weeks.
Go through the whole book to score the maximum numbers. LLB part 1 by Nazir Ahmad. This book is actually the whole syllabus.
Pray for me as I am also preparing for CSS 2010.

Infact, I forgot to mention it to you that it is not a very exhaustive book. All you need is to read it with concentration and digest almost everything.
The syllabus is as follow:
1. Customs and Usages of Arab before Islam.
2. Development of Islamic Jurisprudence.
3. Four Sunni Schools of Law.
4. Sources of Islamic Law.
5. Acts, Rights and Obligations.
6. Legal Capacity.
7. Ownership and Possession.
8. Acquisition of Property.
9. Family Laws ( Most Important Topic )
10. Torts and Crimes
This will cover almost everything from Nazir Ahmad's LLB part 1 book.

Islamia Book Agency, Afghan Market, Qissa Khowani, Peshawar.
Tel: 091 2560965
Emporium series also has a relatively similar book which covers almost the whole syllabus.
Also check with Punjab University, Islamic Jurisprudence at LLB part 1 level.
