Dear people!
I have made a topic-wise list of all the full-length questions from ten-years past papers from 2000 till 2009.

There are so many repetitions!!! Several questions are even repeated ditto!

Can somebody provide answers to these questions before 13th March 2010???



I would be very thankful!

Sources of Islamic Law

Q5[2005]- Explain briefly the relative importance of the main sources of Islamic Law.
2. [2000:] Discuss the supreme importance of Holy Quran as a primary source of Muslim Law.

1. [2001:] Discuss Hadith as a source of Islamic Law.

Succession

4. [2002:] Discuss the different principles which govern the question whether a child still inborn when a praepositus or testator dies, is entitled to succeed or to take a bequest. Explain how, and in what precise circumstances, these various principles are respectively applied.

5. Inheritance

Divorce

M Family Laws Ordinance,1961

Thanks for ur guidance. My concern is this that how we should attempt these questions? Despite consulting few books and notes on the subject, I am unable to arrange answers to these questions because it seems somehow a subject which professionals(Lawyers) can attempt in a better way. Hope you or someone else would help by attempted/solved question in reply.
