I have done BBA and in familiar with the basics of accounting. If I go to a teacher and practice and practice questions regularly would I have a chance of getting a good score in accounting?

Yes, Go for it.
Paper 1 is very simple after revision of syllabus and paper 2 is favorable for mba candidates.
Paper 2 is broken down into following sections;
Auditing= very basic and easy subject
Introduction to business = easy one, simple book of b.com would suffice
Taxation= average subject , one can do it within 2 days
Finance = basic finance, Halwa for mba candidates

Thanks for the encouragement! I was discouraged by a number of people who were of the view that the questions require answers that only students who have chartered accountancy background can answer but now Im going to start preparing it. Do you know any good teacher who could help?
