1- Direct Material Purchased : 410,000
2- Direct Material Used : 406,200
3- Payments of Direct labor payrolls : 189,000
4- Direct Labor Cost assigned to production: 192,000
5- Overhead application rate : 205% of Direct Labor Cost
6- Total Manufacturing Cost : 991,800
7- Cost of Finished goods Manufactured : 988,800
8- Cost of goods sold: 1,002,800

Question 3 -b

Equivalent Full Units of Production in july : 2,110 units
