Exclamation Computer Proficiency License
Punjab food authority announced varies post whose last is 30-07-2019,test will be conducted through NTS, In additional qualification they mention about computer proficiency certificate after bachelor,I got my bachelor degree in Information technology (IT) did is still necessary for me to get that license ?

IF yes

From where I should get it and how?
And also if miracle I got selected for post will they provide enough time to get that certificate?

OR

I am not eligible without that certificate ?
