Post Paper attempting technique for Computer Science

Hi all, can someone please guide on the length of answers we should write for computer science. As it is a to the point subject, what exactly does the examiner demands. Would appreciate if someone who has either cleared the CS exam or is opting for it gives valuable feedback.
Thank you

It is also my first try.
I have done BSCS. I guess it depends on marks of question.
If it is a theory question; define it and short explanation. If it is to prove some concept; give some exapmle.

I am also thinking to opt for computer science as i have BSSE degree. So my point is if they asked for types of something and question has 20 marks and let say there are two main types and 3 sub-types of each type, then in my point of view we have to define and explain the main 2 types completely and a definition+summary of sub-types would be good.

In programming/networking type questions where we have to write outputs/find errors/subnetting these are pretty straightforward and to the point and in my opinion they are high scoring questions if we answers correctly and to the point.

PS: I am looking for Computer Science people who are going to opt CS as optional subject for 2021 CSS exam. If any one of you looking for collaboration then please let me know.

Hi. I am also a computer science graduate. I have been working as an iOS Application Developer for the last two years. I have made up my mind to attempt CSS in 2021. I have seen syllabus and it seems that being developer, programming part is like a piece of cake but complete syllabus looks too long to cover.

I have read that you are preparing so can you please guide me what's your strategy to cover the syllabus and which books are you following? Thanks

CS is not tough subject for one who is average or above student. It is easy to revise rather preparing a whole new subject. Specially, if you have hands on programming, you have better advantage. OOP, C++, database, I to C are easy topics. There is a book by HSM Publishers, which is copy pasted, but you will get the idea and syllabus in one place. Hope this will help.
