Syllabus of economics is changed and CE-16 paper clearly reflect it. However, the addition of theoretical portion make it quite easy. I also used saba's book for paper 1.

Go with suggested books in the syllabus. Paper 1 is now more theoretical 2 mathematical questions. Todaro and manikw book are relevant. However paper 2 is general and dawn is the best book to prepare it.
