Dear as far as choosing economics is concerned, let me tell you one thing that it won't give you the room for maneuverability as you enjoy in social science subjects but if you have aptitude for the subject and grip then there is a hell of room to maneuver and believe me this is a subject that can give you up to 150 marks so the word of advice from my side is that do think before you go for economics as you can't beat about bush in this particular subject lest you should face backfire, as far as scoring marks is concerned, rest assured, i give you my word that it is very rewarding but if and only if you have done justice with the paper...
your further queries will be more than welcomed and appreciated as it might prove helpful for other newbies as well who want to opt economics...
