Fiscal deficit is that govt expenditures have exceeded govt revenue.
Forex reserves refers to amount of foreign currency with a country. They are increased by exports. The more the forex reserves the more the valuable is own currency. E.g. when dollar was costly a friendly govt donated billions of dollars to Pakistan and dollar became cheaper. If dollar is cheap then we can import machinery and technology. Fiscal year is from the announcement of one budget to the next one. Circular debt. Govt offices have to pay bills to wapda. Wapda has to pay dues for oil. Oil refineries have to pay taxes to govt. Sister if that did not help ask again. Anything else? |
