Brother, the book is IR by Dr. Sultan.
Well, I'm novice in behavior science subject, but I would like to share my strategy to coup ir.
1. Just follow the link and make a conceptual clarity of topics.
http://www.vutube.edu.pk/forum/attac...48/format/file

2. Google is your friend, search every topic that is missing.
3. Refer to various books online. IR books by peu ghosh, chandra and Goldstein are enough but there is still room for some other books.
4. Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v for making your own notes in MS Word.
I just wanted to help, aspirants opinions and suggestions are much appreciated.

@reflector: Bro the notes from VU are splendid as well as the lectures given by sir Muhammad Ali, I would suggest all fellow aspirants to go through those lectures. It would give you good apprehension regarding the subject and it complexities.

I second your thoughts, but new syllabus had led aspirants in ambiguity. Furthermore, majority of students are left with to choose IR or PS. Critical analysis aab toh karnay parey gae sb koo.

There is a aspirant with id @azkafatima on forum, kindly follow her posts, she is uploading fpsc recommending books and material. In case of IR, notes by David Wessel are also very informative for concepts.
