Past Year Papers Redundancy & Best Books
 
Please guide.

I don't know what was the previous syllabus for International Relations until it was changed for the 2016 aspirants.

Does that mean that the past year papers are redundant?

Please also tell me the best books from which I can prepare for International Relations Exam in 2016? I have not studied International Relations before but I do watch CNN and BBC whenever I get time
