It is simple .euro Atlantic includes European countries and their policies in world.while asia pacific related to Asian countries and their policies in world.the former used the policies like divide and rule and exterminate all brutes.while they themselves became brutes for example the world war 2 shows their brutality and now in world.while Asian pacific used policies to promote freedom peace through liberal view hence controlled world through economic progress for example Japan drop a bomb on pearl harbour but lost world war two but now controls Hawaii through economic progress.so basically the former supported colonialism and imperialism while later promoted liberalism...

Euro-Atlantic is a term for the western portion of Europe which borders the Atlantic Ocean. It comprises the British Isles (Great Britain and Ireland), Iceland, Belgium, the Netherlands, the central and northern regions of Portugal, northwestern and northern Spain (including the Southern Basque Country), the southwestern and western portion of France (including Northern Basque Country), western Scandinavia, and northern Germany. In simple words It includes East Coast of North Atlantic Ocean.

Asia-Pacific is the part of the world near the Western Pacific Ocean. The region includes much of East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. The term may also include Russia (on the North Pacific) and countries in the Americas which are on the coast of the Eastern Pacific Ocean; the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, for example, includes Canada, Chile, Russia, Mexico, Peru, and the United States.
thank you and Oh my God! even the IR book i bought sees it as conflicts in oceans
Because the IR book you bought is by Ikram Rubbani. Reading Rubbani for IR is best to bash your IR score.
