Cousera is no doubt best source of online education, however I am waiting for seniors to comment on the relevance of above mentioned topics for CSS international relations subject.

Undoubtedly, the above-mentioned headings of the course are much useful for the preparation of I.R CSS papers. These are completely relevant to the topics. But, these are not the comprehensive ones, and I fear that it might be a time-consuming one.

You might be right about time concerns but as I have done few courses at coursera previously I can tell you that they are great for beginners and very interesting that make learning fun.
