I m a govt employee.. Gonna opt it coz of foreign services preferences...but dont know what to do, where to start. Dont knw abc of it.. & my First try for CSS 😑

is that scoring subject? many members who says that IR is very low scoring subject

after giving enough time to css i still feel that i don't know how to attempt IR's paper... some time can't understand the question or sometimes i don't know what is the appropriate way to write the answer. even i could not prepare myself to appear in cce 17 just because of this confusion...
can anyone of you help me by letting me know that how to answer an IR's question??
