In my view my paper I was better than paper II. I do not remember if I had missed any point. I wrote almost 42 pages for the IR paper I ,and that included 13 diagrams (Maps, Tables, Flow Charts etc). Moreover, I must have taken 10+ marks in objective; I really am confused;) Have I deserved only 5 to 6 marks-considering I have taken 6 or 7 in objective part,out of 80, in IR I subjective part ???

Suggestion ;focus more on understanding the trend rather than studying subjects LoL

When does fpsc release the examiner's notes/comments on the exams?

Just taking a wild guess , But I predict IR to be slaughtered again in 2018, while it will be high scoring in 2019.

IR was targeted in 2011 and 2012 but was high scoring in 2013 and 2014.

luck factor plays an important role we can't predict anything about CSS exam
