If you think your concepts are clear and you have good grip over theoretical part, start solving past papers especially CE-2016 and 17. Again, get your critical analysis assessed from someone.

How about Ikram Rabbani's book? Is it helpful?

I would not recommend it. In addition to containing grammatical mistakes, it has copied complete paragraphs from Goldstein's book. I bought Rabbani's book but have now started using Goldstein eBook.

i am shifting my mode of learning from book reading to online videos for IR as time is short and a lot of topics needs to be covered?. what you people think about it ?

I would recommend reading World Politics,
Trend and Transformation By Charles Kegley And Shannon Blanton.
This Book is definitely going to make you extraordinary. Besides, it would also germinate your writing skills. withal, reading Kegley can also help in Essay writing.
