First give a reading (just a reading) to the following theories:
1. Nation State 2. Realism, Idealism, Liberalism, Neo-Realism, Neo-Liberalism 3. Balance of Power (Just get a concept of what on earth it is.) 4. Deterrence 5. Nationalism, Internationalism, Globalization. Also give a reading to the following. Although, they are not physically in the syllabus, but would help you understand the first half of 20th century. Socialism, Fascism, Monarchy, Democracy, Capitalism. Once you have got a glimpse of the above terms, start from the the Bolshevik Revolution i.e Part II of IR. Trust me, you will start digesting IR like you have been studying this subject since your childhood. Initially, the pace would be slow, but ultimately you'll start to grasp things, world politics and events easily. This is the most ingenious strategy that is helping me a lot. I wish you good luck mate. |

either do Phd in IR as this degree might help you to get 80-90 in IR out of 200
for 120-130 marks you have to spend 5-10 years as Ambassador observing foreign politics LoL do preparation as you did before ,and pray that it might not be targeted |

You can't read many books now. Time is not in your favor. There are just 4 months left and you have to cover around 11 subjects. Just follow the above mentioned strategy, clear you concepts and work on improving your critical thinking. Critical thinking is what will get you through all subjects. Good luck
