Default Need Help Regarding few queries related to IR

"The rise of China is being heralded as a return of ‘balance of power’ politics in
international relations. As the world moves towards multipolarity, account for the essential features of the international security architecture and its evolving dynamics."

Can anyone help me with this question's answer structure.
It would be highly appreciated.

This question compels you to critically analyze relations between countries in Asia with respect to China, and its rise. Therefore, analyze whether a balance of power is actually emerging in terms of the emergence of alliances. Then, determine the effect of such events, that's if they are even occurring, on the transition toward a multi-polar world and growing interdependence.

JazakALLAH.
The question asks to account for the essential features of international security architecture. Are we suppose to talk about the regional blocs and transitional relationships being created with China on rise ? Would this account for the features of int security architecture?

You bring up good points. Yes it should help account for the features, and definitely analyze regional blocs and transitional relationships. Transitional relationships would relate to 'evolving dynamics' mentioned in the question, and further elaborate on the system of 'poles'. Analyze how this would affect the US which has establish its hegemonic order in the region, and how the emergence of a new 'pole' (China) can lead to countries in the region gravitating toward the new 'pole'. This would also be true of Brazil on South America, and Russia on Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
