Default Conceptualization of security in 21 century

Can anybody help me regarding the question in CSS paper 2018?

What are the changing dimensions of security and how they vary from the classical concept of international security?

Can anyone please me with the outline atleast? I have read Barry Buzan's article and sone others but unable to answer this.
Please help me!!
