iR paper 2 seems very difficult , and out of the syllabus. how can i cover it to pass easily?

its an amalgam of IR-I and your own knowledge of current affairs. Just focus on them both and then interpret the question using IR Theories and literature.

basically syllabus is v lengthy, i prepared water issue in the context of Pakistan and india but there was Afghanistan. writing 4 pages answer on that was not an easy task.
secondly, CPEC related agreement signed in 2015 was totally changed till 2021 but there was asked about 2015's initial agreements about energy policy though energy dilemma was somehow controlled till 2021....
so it became very tricky in examination room, or at least very low scoring as much it was prepared.
