I prepared for CE-17 only in 15 days with previous prep of CEs including Exam Days because the Department sanctioned only 15 Leaves.

Revised it just in 2 days(have earlier prepared for PMS 2016-17).
If you grasp the theories early. It's not more than 15 days game and can develop opinion/analysis. I studied my own complied book. No Harmon etc etc.

At the end I found it prudent to choose as compared to IR.

I think this year IR has been hit very badly as compare to political science which is pretty much better than previous year.

No...! It is not like that. Those who were good at IR got good marks. I know them personally. Every subject has its own attempting technique, IR's is more technical. Students do not know about that. That's why they get "hit".
