Default Political Science Tutor needed! (will compensate)

Aoa,
How is everyone doing? As the title goes, I'm looking for a good political science teacher. I need you to be a fervent fan of the subject, that's it. No degree, subject experience etc. Apart from that it doesn't matter if you're a fifth grader, fifty, feminine, French, flabby, frowzy, fagged or a fanatic. I will pay whatever is reasonable to me and you. If someone can refer me to someone, I'll be grateful to them too.

The mode of instruction will be online.

P.S. I'm not looking for formal one-way street lectures rather a two-way thing. Thus I don't fancy the trending academy teachers.

Thankyou!
