i think fasicism is the rule of a dictaror
and in communism, private ownership is not allowed government takes all the decisions

Found at the last part of "Political Science, Theory and Practice" By Mazharul Haque. I can explain that but as it would take a lot of typing so better you consult the above mentioned book. If you don't have that book, then let me know, I'll post your required material in leisure time.
