Political Science 2011 (Discussion thread)

Did anyone attempt this paper? It seems as though everyone took Journalism instead...

In any case, paper one was extremely simple.

Paper two was difficult in the sense that in section one, there was just one of the many usual questions. The other two were on judicial review and the fourth French republic.

Section two of paper two had two general questions (the judiciary and the 'write notes' questions) so I sort of somehow cleared both the exams, I guess..

Without checking the MCQs (I'm assuming I'll score 10 correct in both cases), I'd say I've scored 60 and 40 respectively.

You can attempt the CSS Political Science exam without covering a single Muslim philosopher. If you can cover the ones already mentioned (Plato, Aristotle, Rousseau, Locke, Machiavelli, Hobbes, Marx, Montesquieu, etc), you're good to go for section I of paper I.

plz dont misguide the juniors.:nono

going thru some prominent muslim personalities and their theories is very necessary.u might hv to write a note on any of them when u hv no other option or when u find it difficult to answer any of the question regarding western philosophers.
moreover, the muslim philosophers carry around 5 to 8 marks in the MCQs portion of the paper 1.

if u wana compete, u must be well-prepared for outclassing the rest.prepare urself well, then leave everything upto Allah Almighty.
